Appointment Cancellation

I know it is difficult to give notice but if you are ill in any way: – cold, runny nose, cough, sore throat, headache, tummy bug, flu, covid positive, close covid contact etc, I am happy for you to contact me, and we discuss whether you attend your appointment or not. I will not charge in these situations as I want to keep everyone safe.

However please might I remind patients that I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which can incur a charge for missed and unfilled appointments. I ask that if you have any inclination that you might not be able to attend, then to let me know in good time as I do have others wishing to book in.
Obviously, sometimes it is unavoidable to give notice, but your cooperation is much appreciated.
